Welcome to the wild side of the mountains. Graceful whitetail deer, turkeys with their feathers fanned, wild hogs and ambling black bears are common sites in this hidden mountain cove.

Miles of tumbling trout water bordered by open meadow create a natural paradise for wildlife and the few human beings fortunate enough to share this peaceful mountain valley.

Only a limited number of homes, each with a large tract of acreage, may ever be built in this protected area. The community of Plum Orchard has been thoughtfully designed to ensure that each home site will have a level of privacy that comes with owning large acreage. Protected in perpetuity, Plum Orchard will always remain a haven for all of its inhabitants, wild or not.
